Jeep, 4×4 and overland groups can use Retreat at Hope Farm as a gathering, staging, social and basecamp destination. Retreat at Hope Farm is not promoted as an off-road driving park.

Bring the vehicles, the members and the plans. These introductory packages give private clubs a reserved place to gather, display, share a meal and enjoy time together at Retreat Commons.
Introductory rates apply to our first five qualifying private club bookings, subject to date availability and approval of the event plan. Your proposal confirms the rate and included spaces before booking.
Weekday Club Gathering
A relaxed weekday cruise-in, chapter meet, member picnic or association gathering.
4 event hours + 1 setup hour + 1 cleanup hour.
Weekend Club Gathering
Make Friday or Sunday a destination for your club’s vehicles, photos, awards and social time.
4 event hours + 1 setup hour + 1 cleanup hour.
Saturday Club Gathering
Give your members a Saturday gathering with a farm setting, covered pavilion and room to connect.
4 event hours + 1 setup hour + 1 cleanup hour.
Club Rally Weekend
Welcome the crew on Friday, then return for the main club gathering on Saturday.
Up to 3 event hours Friday + up to 6 event hours Saturday.
Setup and cleanup access are confirmed in your proposal. Camping, RV sites, glamping and cabin stays are booked separately.
A real place for your club to gather.
Standard packages are designed for private member gatherings of up to 40 display vehicles and 80 guests, subject to the approved layout. They include a reserved vehicle display area, designated Commons Lawn space, the 40 × 60 Reception Pavilion, restroom access and up to 10 existing gray picnic tables.
Your club handles registration, activities, awards, food arrangements, participant supervision and cleanup during its included access time. Additional event time starts at $150 per hour, subject to availability. Indoor Event Center gathering space and other upgrades can be quoted separately.
Need room for more vehicles or guests? Share your plan and we’ll quote the additional space and support. These packages reserve the agreed club areas; whole-farm exclusivity is available by separate proposal.

Public or ticketed shows, larger crowds, vendor markets and events requiring additional production receive a separate event proposal. Tell us about attendance, vehicles, entertainment, vendors, parking and staffing so we can build the right plan.

Turn the meet into a weekend.
Start with the Club Rally Weekend venue package from $1,995, then arrange overnight stays for members who want to stay close. Choose approved tent camping, RV sites, Retreat at Hope Farm Glamping or selected cabin lodging, based on availability.
Overnight accommodations are separately priced and reserved. The Rally Weekend venue package includes the agreed Friday and Saturday gathering times.

Security, traffic management, unusual utilities, specialty vendor infrastructure, sanitation, insurance requirements and other nonstandard production needs are reviewed with the event and quoted separately when applicable.
