Planning something larger or open to the public? Larger groups, public or ticketed car shows, vendor markets and events requiring additional production receive a separate quote.

Weekday Club Gathering
4 event hours plus 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for cleanup.
An easy weekday option for a private meet, club picnic or association gathering.
Weekend Club Gathering
4 event hours plus 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for cleanup.
Bring the members together for a Friday gathering or a relaxed Sunday at the farm.
Saturday Club Gathering
4 event hours plus 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for cleanup.
Make Saturday your club’s day for displays, member activities and time together.
Rally Weekend
Up to 3 event hours Friday and up to 6 event hours Saturday. Setup and cleanup access are confirmed in your proposal.
Camping, RV sites, glamping and cabin stays are reserved and priced separately.
Included gathering space: A reserved vehicle display area, designated Commons Lawn space, the 40 × 60 Reception Pavilion, restroom access, up to 10 existing gray picnic tables, and agreed parking/display space.
Designed for your private group: Up to 40 display vehicles and 80 guests, subject to the agreed layout. These figures describe the introductory package scope; your event layout and requirements are reviewed with your request.
Your club leads the event: The organizer handles registration, activities and awards, food, guest supervision and cleanup within the included access time.
Customize your plan: Additional event time starts at $150 per hour, subject to availability. Indoor Event Center gathering space, whole-farm exclusivity and additional support are quoted separately. Camping, RV sites, glamping and cabin stays are separately priced and reserved, including for Rally Weekend bookings.
Introductory offer: Available for the first five qualifying private club bookings, subject to availability and event approval. Submitting a request does not reserve a date or an introductory-rate place. Your proposal confirms eligibility, spaces, access times, pricing and booking requirements.
