Your cabin request does not need campsite utility selections. Use the questions below to tell us about comfort needs, special requests, or anything that will help us prepare for your stay.

Requests for multiple RVs are reviewed together so we can confirm site placement, utilities, parking, event activity, and overall farm capacity.

21–50 RVs require approval and a custom group/rally quote. Retreat at Hope Farm may accommodate up to 50 dry-docking RVs for approved group and event stays.

Fresh Water Service

Fresh water tank fill does not include sewer, graywater, blackwater, or dump station service. Guests are responsible for lawful waste disposal, and no dumping is allowed anywhere on the property.

Please request water service before arrival when possible so we can prepare access, hose setup, and timing.

Tennessee Agritourism Warning Notice

WARNING: Under Tennessee law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant, or damage to the property of a participant, in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location or by this agritourism professional if such injury, death, or property damage results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity.

Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury and damage inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death or to the damaging of your own property. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

Acknowledgment of Cabin, Farm & Rural Property Risks

I understand that Retreat at Hope Farm is a rural farm property and that my stay may include ordinary and unexpected risks associated with cabins, lodging, outdoor spaces, farm land, ponds, gravel roads, uneven ground, insects, wildlife, weather, animals, farm equipment, trees, wooded areas, steps, ramps, porches, decks, kitchens, bathrooms, electrical items, furniture, and other natural or man-made conditions.

I understand that conditions may change due to weather, darkness, rain, mud, wind, animals, insects, or ordinary farm activity. I agree to use reasonable care, watch my step, supervise children and pets, avoid restricted areas, and immediately report any unsafe condition I notice.

I understand that ponds, streams, ditches, fields, barns, equipment areas, animal areas, storage areas, and maintenance areas may present risks. I agree not to enter restricted areas, climb fences, approach equipment, enter barns or sheds without permission, swim in ponds, or allow children or pets to wander unsupervised.

Guest Rules, Safety & Property Use

• No smoking or vaping inside the cabin.
• No open flames, candles, incense, or unauthorized fire sources inside the cabin.
• Fire pits, grills, heaters, and outdoor cooking areas may only be used if approved and must be used safely.
• No parties, unauthorized events, or extra overnight guests without approval from Retreat at Hope Farm.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Pets must be approved, controlled, cleaned up after, and not left unattended unless approved.
• Guests may not enter restricted areas, barns, sheds, equipment zones, animal areas, water areas, or private farm work areas without permission.
• Quiet hours, parking instructions, check-in/check-out times, and all posted property rules must be followed.
• Illegal activity, unsafe behavior, property damage, threatening behavior, or violation of farm rules may result in removal from the property without refund.

Children, Minors & Pets

I understand that I am responsible for the safety, supervision, actions, and behavior of any children, minors, pets, or visitors included with my stay. I agree that children and pets must not be left unsupervised around ponds, farm land, driveways, roads, animals, equipment, fire areas, stairs, porches, decks, or restricted areas.

I agree to be financially responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, pet damage, or rule violations caused by myself, my guests, children, pets, or visitors connected to my reservation.

Payment, Deposit, Damage & Missing Item Policy

I understand that submitting a booking request or waiver does not guarantee my reservation. My reservation is not confirmed until Retreat at Hope Farm reviews and approves my stay and receives the required deposit or full payment.

I understand that I may be responsible for charges related to property damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, unauthorized guests, pet damage, late check-out, rule violations, or other costs caused by myself, my guests, children, pets, or visitors connected to my reservation.

I understand that any refundable deposit may be held until the cabin and property are inspected after check-out. Any approved refund will be processed according to Retreat at Hope Farm’s stated policy and payment processing timelines.

Supplemental Cabin Agreement

This Cabin Stay Booking Request & Guest Agreement is specific to cabin stays at Retreat at Hope Farm. It supplements Retreat at Hope Farm’s general booking terms, website policies, posted property rules, payment terms, checkout rules, and any written instructions provided for your reservation.

If a cabin-specific safety rule, guest rule, pet rule, fire rule, farm-access rule, add-on rule, or property instruction applies to your stay, you agree to follow that rule and any written or verbal safety direction provided by Retreat at Hope Farm.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

I understand that Retreat at Hope Farm / Cabin Hideaways, Inc. is a working farm, agritourism location, rural lodging property, outdoor recreation space, event venue, and natural property. I understand that my cabin stay and related activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, farm roads, ponds, streams, wildlife, insects, weather, darkness, mud, gravel, animals, equipment, vehicles, fire pits, grills, steps, porches, decks, kitchens, bathrooms, electrical items, natural hazards, and the actions of other guests or participants.

I voluntarily choose to enter and stay on the property and agree to assume the inherent risks associated with my cabin stay, farm visit, and any optional activities or add-ons. I agree to use reasonable care, supervise minors and pets in my group, follow all rules, and immediately notify Retreat at Hope Farm of any unsafe condition, injury, damage, fire concern, or emergency.

I understand that Retreat at Hope Farm / Cabin Hideaways, Inc., its owners, hosts, employees, contractors, volunteers, representatives, and related parties are not responsible for injuries, death, losses, theft, vehicle damage, pet issues, weather impacts, utility interruptions, Wi-Fi interruptions, or property damage resulting from inherent farm, outdoor, agritourism, lodging, or recreational risks, except where liability cannot be waived under applicable law.

I accept responsibility for myself, my registered guests, children/minors, visitors, pets, vehicles, belongings, and any damage or cleanup caused by my group. I understand that violation of these rules may result in removal from the property without refund, loss of deposit, additional cleanup or damage charges, cancellation of add-ons, refusal of future bookings, or other remedies allowed by law.

Final Agreement & Signature

By submitting this Cabin Stay Booking Request & Guest Agreement, you certify that the information provided is true and complete and that you have reviewed the booking terms, Tennessee agritourism warning, farm and cabin safety rules, payment and damage responsibilities, assumption of risk, and liability waiver contained in this form.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to sign for yourself and the guests, minors, visitors, and pets included with your reservation. Your typed name and form submission serve as your electronic signature and acknowledgment of this agreement.
