About the Flight Club

A purpose-built drone playground in the heart of Retreat at Hope Farm.

Located at Retreat at Hope Farm — 6068 Bethlehem Rd, Springfield, TN 37172, Hope Farm Flight Club is a drone-friendly zone designed for safe, intentional flying. Our property features open pastures, tree lines, ponds and big-sky horizons that make the perfect backdrop for aerial filming, FPV freestyle and flight training.

We operate on unrestricted agricultural land outside Springfield city limits, which means no city noise curfews and more flexibility for events. Even with that freedom, we are committed to safety, privacy and being good neighbours.

  • Solo Session — 1 Hour – $35 per pilot.
  • Solo Session — 3 Hour Block – $85 per pilot.
  • Day Pass — Sunrise to Sunset – $150 per pilot.

Friends & Small Groups (2–6 Pilots)

From $150 per group

Perfect for crew meetups and practice days.

  • Small Group Flight — 2 Hours
    $150 per group (up to 4 pilots), then $25 per additional pilot (max 6).
  • Golden Hour Group — 3 Hours
    $225 per group (up to 6 pilots) for sunrise or sunset missions.

Clubs, Schools & Teams (7–20 Pilots)

From $450 per group

Ideal for drone clubs, STEM trips and team building.

  • Club Field Rental — Half Day (up to 4 hours) – $450 per group (up to 15 pilots).
  • Club Field Rental — Full Day (up to 8 hours) – $800 per group (up to 20 pilots).

How to Book Your Flight Time

Simple steps to get your crew in the air.

  1. Submit an Inquiry – use our contact form or email us with your preferred date, number of pilots and whether you are flying recreationally, training or doing paid work.
  2. Confirm Availability – we check farm scheduling, weather outlook and any airspace advisories, then confirm your time slot and pricing.
  3. Sign Waivers & Rules – each pilot signs our Drone Safety & Liability Waiver and agrees to follow Hope Farm Flight Club rules.
  4. Arrive, Brief, Fly – check in at Retreat at Hope Farm, attend a short safety briefing and field tour, then enjoy your dedicated flight time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide drones or should we bring our own?

At this time, Hope Farm Flight Club is a bring-your-own-drone experience. We can recommend starter drones or training partners upon request.

Can we fly at night?

Night operations may be available for qualified pilots with proper lighting and FAA-compliant procedures. Availability is determined case by case and may require additional supervision.

Is there camping or lodging on site?

Yes. Retreat at Hope Farm offers glamping, cabins and other stay options that can be bundled with Flight Club bookings for retreats, workshops or weekend events.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety comes first. In case of high winds, storms or unsafe visibility, we will reschedule your session or adjust flight times as needed.
