We prepare the property.
You bring the celebration.
Retreat Commons is the primary wedding and gathering area at Retreat at Hope Farm. It operates as a venue-host experience, not an all-inclusive wedding-production company. We prepare the agreed Commons spaces, included farm-owned furniture and normal property access. Your planner or coordinator keeps control of the wedding timeline, vendors, décor, catering, entertainment, photography and personal details.
Labor-intensive flips, extended access, cleanup, special power, parking control, security, vendor coordination and unusual production are added only when the wedding actually needs them.
Start with the level of access you need.
Published rates are starting prices. Final pricing depends on date, guest count, selected spaces, layout, lodging and add-ons.

A comfortable 60-guest starting layout.
Pond Ceremony
Up to 60 chairs are arranged in two seating blocks with a center aisle. Seating may be expanded to 90 with the approved guest-count and furniture plan.
Reception Pavilion
The standard 60-person layout uses 10 round guest tables, generally planned at 6 guests per table, plus 2 rectangle tables for head table, buffet, cake, gifts, DJ or service functions.
Event Center
Best used for intimate indoor ceremony/reception configurations, cocktail hour, groom support, weather fallback and wedding support. Indoor layouts are approved from the actual event plan rather than promised as a fixed public capacity.
More guests change more than the chair count.
Guest-count increases can affect furniture, parking, trash, staffing and the overall approved layout.
Included in the starting structure for Packages 2–4.
Requires additional chair/furniture planning and parking review.
Parking support and an enhanced trash/cleanup plan may be required.
Not a standard published wedding layout. Management approval and a custom production, parking, utility and safety review are required.
The pond ceremony has a weather plan.
When Retreat Commons venue management determines that a 30×40 pond ceremony tent is necessary and feasible because of weather, the weather-required tent is included for Packages 2–4.
Couples who want the 30×40 tent reserved regardless of the forecast may guarantee it for +$795. Where conditions allow, the 30-foot side remains open toward the pond arch.
Choose the spaces around the way you want the day to move.
