Vendor Agreement & Event Requirements

By submitting this application and/or paying a vendor fee, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the current vendor rules and event-day requirements for the Dirty South Rodeo Festival – Nashville.

Important vendor requirements include:

  • Vendor placement is assigned by event management.
  • All vendors must check in before unloading or setting up.
  • Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, equipment and supplies unless otherwise arranged.
  • Tents and equipment must be safely secured.
  • Electricity is not included unless specifically arranged; vendors requiring power should be prepared to provide an appropriate generator.
  • Vendors are responsible for all permits, licenses, insurance and health requirements applicable to their operation.
  • Only approved products, food, services or merchandise may be sold or promoted.
  • No unauthorized alcohol, weapons, fireworks, tobacco products, games of chance or other prohibited merchandise.
  • Bottled water may not be sold by vendors unless specifically authorized by Retreat at Hope Farm.
  • Vendors must maintain a clean space and properly dispose of trash, grease, oil and wastewater.
  • Vendor spaces must remain staffed and operational throughout required public event hours.
  • No early breakdown or departure without approval from event management.
  • Vendor fees are non-refundable unless Retreat at Hope Farm specifically states otherwise in writing.
  • Vendors must follow reasonable safety, traffic, placement and operational instructions from authorized event staff.
EVENT-DAY INSTRUCTIONS
Final arrival times, vendor check-in procedures, setup deadlines, parking instructions and event-day operating information will be provided in a separate Dirty South Vendor Day Guide before the event.
Before payment: Review the Vendor Terms & Guidelines. By submitting and paying, you are applying for the selected event and agreeing to the applicable vendor terms.
